Grapevine Faith Christian School (GFCS) is accredited by and a member of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI), the largest Christian school accrediting organization in the world. The State of Texas does not directly accredit private schools. Rather, the Texas Education Agency has a committee, the Texas Educational Private School Accrediting Committee (TEPSAC), which recognizes accrediting agencies. ACSI is recognized as a proper accrediting agency by the TEPSAC. Grapevine Faith received full accreditation status in May 2004. GFCS is also accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACSCASI).
The strength of any school is its teachers. At Faith, we look for teachers who are fully committed to Jesus Christ and feel called to teach here. GFCS teachers must have a four-year degree from a recognized school, and hold certification from ACSI, the State of Texas, or other states.
